PSP Movie / TV help?

I'm looking for a site that lets you get free movies and TV on PSP (mp4). I tried to torrents, then put them through pspvideo9. I donwnloaded Shrek 3, then we put it through pspvideo9. "It worked fine. But when I downloaded film actors (real people not cartoons) that were really choppy, I tried 5-Disturbia Harry Potter and Hannah Montana. They were so agitated that did not even bother view. So I got a little lead there … Please do your best to give me a site that works for this. Thanks in advance! PS: If it helps, I have version PSP firmware 3.71 official Sony firmware.
