Where I can download a program (preferably free or demo) that can make cartoons (like flash) and develop strong?
at adobe.com can get a trial version of the official Flash authoring tool, which is the best thing to do flash. to buy, their several hundred dollars. then There swish 2, which is a 3rd party Flash authoring tool. I've never used, but seems sufficient to make animations. You can get a proof of this in swishzone.com and many animation tools out there. but frankly I do not know anything about them. try google animation tool.
