Stay connected when economically comically Affected

It's been quite a journey recently. If the economic spin cycle leaves you hung out to dry, you're not alone.

Since the global economy is so interdependent, the effects are felt everywhere. This can lead to worry, that without the right antidote can be fast acting inches … Stress!

How do we handle this without exploiting?

I prescribe a dose generous tickling the funny-bone, one of my favorite subjects. The technology is great, but even the most advanced computer can not crack a joke or find the humor in a situation.

Laughter sends a signal to our brain that all is well. Our bodies are relaxed and intelligent
creative side, the Troubleshooting us out to play spontaneously.

Here are some ideas:

At work:

Have a joke day. Having a caricature of the day. Give a prize for the best. Bring a toy weird to work and give to someone who does something productive. Answer the phone with a greeting unexpected as "still proudly in business! that I can help you with yours?" Leaving card counters fun people. Let grace notes. Post outrageous notes on the bulletin board as "Free Spam sandwiches for everyone!" Post funny quotes on the bulletin board, as the end of this letter.

At Home:

Watch your favorite sitcom, plus a new one. Ask children what the strange thing happened at school. Answer the phone with something strange as "Smith House For The Perplexed!"
Send letters to the fun people. Send fun cards to people anonymously. Play with a 4-year-old. Hire funny movie. Visit a comedy club and exposed to the comedians. (In a good way.)

Consider a comedy Concerto Keynote employees, such as "brain analog in a digital world:
How to manage stress with humor. "These will help us celebrate the best of us and laugh at the same
rest of us. They provide ideas and laughter strengthen the soul cleansing. http://www.ComedyKeynoteConcerts.com

Remember: when we our attention on what we can control (the way they react to people and events), we are not powerless.

APPOINTMENTS TO THE quotable
