Drawing cartoon pictures?
I usually use MS Paint to draw little cartoons and fun stuff, but is a bit pixelated and soft. I some free software that easily let me point out things in a style similar to the man on this page to http://www.newgrounds.com/game/ right of the weekly top 5. There are games with that kind made with flash, but I have to, what is a good program to do that? Easy to use too.
Inkscape is free and uses the same set of tools macromedia flash, both are vectors drawers unlike painting which is raster (or pixelly) Inkscape is very easy to draw with (at least for me). It works much the same as Corel Draw and illustrator get in www.inkscape.org
