List of ways to raise your vibrations
These are not staged in a specific order.
Happiness Card – How tacky as it sounds, I have found that this works wonderfully. Get yourself a bunch of brightly colored cards, write something that makes you happy and grateful to each and decorate with stickers. Do this each day and whether they are sticking to the wall or bulletin board, or keep them with your gratitude journal. This will help to play their favorite songs, upbeat, while these "cards happiness."
Bubble Bath – Every time you are worried or feel uncomfortable about something, go grab a nice hot bubble bath immediately. Do not hesitate. If you're not home when you start feeling upset, and then make it the second you get home.
If you feel stuck where you are – If you are not satisfied with the area is and wish you could be in other parts of the world, is think of the good things about the place you're in the place of the bad things. Go ahead and let your creative brilliance, inner child through again. I can not emphasize how much the peace will be with yourself, if only for a short time.
Affirmations – Try using affirmations too while you're at it. Try this along with the breathing technique. I found that the claim easier and reassuring to me is "Everything is to be fine. Everything is gonna be alright. I promise, everything will be fine. "Some people have trouble truly believing finance and health claims that you can be found anywhere on the web, but to remember that "Everything is fine and everything will be fine. I promise myself." is more credible for some people. To remind you, again and again, that somehow, someday, every thing is going to be okay, it's a good way to keep calm. If you like to try some statements of money or health, be sure not to use negative words like "no" or "never." Do not say "I'm not fat. I am not fat "but say" I am thin. I'm slim. I'm slim. I'm going to lose more weight and be even thinner. "Never say" I'm broken and needs more money, the only thing that is claimed to be broke and need more money. It's much better to say: "Everything will be fine and my finances continue to increase. "Another good statement is" I am financially free and secure. I trust that God / Universe / Fate / whatever will keep doing it like that. "Some people prefer to write their statements up to 15 times a day instead of allowing them to say. That's fine too. Just make sure you are in a good mood when you do.
Laughter – Laughter is truly the best medicine, heal your soul faster than anything else. Every time you get the chance to do anything and everything you can think of that will make you smile and laugh. Make sure the two spend some time being silly and get a good laugh at themselves.
I spent time doing everything I just mentioned in recent months and have finally found peace and freedom in my life. I am also having better luck than ever before and the attraction of things and the wonderful people in my life. Still I have some bad luck here and there, but try to remember that everyone else does too. Try to do a lot of these things yourself as much as possible, and you will be raising your vibration a lot too. You may not notice immediately, it may take some time and changes may be subtle, but as I have been saying, "Everything will be fine. I promise."
