Free Cartoon Logos Design

Does anyone know of a site I can get "free" clip art to create a logo … or better yet, a site offering "free" logos? I put free in quotes because many sites are advertised as free logos, only to demand payment after selecting one. I have no fear of work and design my own, as butwould at least some decent pictures (not cartoons) to do so.
