Is there any Movie Maker program can be downloaded for free? and software maker cartoon where I can I use the images have to do a book type movie things to do then I can add a cartoon voice? hard to explain lol. please help
One answer to the first question is Windows Movie Maker, although there are several others. Regarding the second question if you mean you want a cartoon maker in which you want to tediously draw 25 frames per second animation then you can do this easily in Windows Movie Maker, however, could also try Monkey Jam or Liveswif (but doesn Liveswif `T have good drawing tools so that" we would have to get their pictures in other parts eg.MSPaint then upload picture by picture and put them in the timeline.) It `s also easy to make animated gifs with Gimp, but I` m not sure how you `d add sound to it. An animation package is very good and this CreaToon cut and style animations using "tweens" between the frames in the timeline, and Flash. However, CreaToon doesn't allow you to export the sound so "we should make an avi file and use something like Movie Maker to add sound. Moreover, CreaToon` s helpful to know how to remove the background from image (using something like Gimp or Photoshop. However, this is not hard to do, if you know how.) Synfig is another animation program, however, this seems v.difficult to learn. I hope this helps.
