any advice on how to create a cartoon?
iv been thinking about making a cute little drawing, I wondered if there are any free (good) programs that can help me in designing or making the cartoon on the computer and possibly turning the caricature of a GIF image (like the people who are in deviantart.com) any good advice or help to guid me through it? hey thanks: D
