what is a good software to make animated videos cartoons?
I want to make animations with characters who believe in, for example, MS Paint. and add sound effects. what is a good program to do it? I'm looking preferably free software, but if that is not available, other suggestions are appreciated! ah, and I'm not interested in Pivot (Animator stick person) Thank you all! <3
Toon Boom or Adobe Flash They are the professional 2D animation software used commercial programs, and like, yeah. Both fairly expensive, there are trial versions, however. I do not know about adding sound, but you can easily add sounds in a movie editing program such as Windows Movie Maker (free) or Adobe Premiere Elements. Adobe Fireworks even has a frame-by-frame animation thingy installed.
