How I can make an animation using a software?
I have a few bullets using animation software u guys can tell me hoe to do what we must ensure easy and recommended software is also free. (It may also cost) or men can tell me how to do cartoons like Dragon Ball Z and Naruto knw i have to do the drawing and stuff, but how to animate and do things.
