where to get free icons for computer on the Internet?
I am not one to download or pay money for the icons.I like icons that have cartoon characters animated in it if possible.
Make your own! The icon is nothing more than a bitmap or BMP file with the extension changed to ico! Search images you want for the icons, convert them to bmp if you arent already, the size to your liking, change the file extension.
