Can anyone recommend a 2D animation program for Windows 7 Free?
I want to make simple animations animated by the music I produced. I want to be able to two layers (so you can animate in a context) and be able to import sound files. Wav format, possibly, import use. Bmp too. Moviemaker does not work on my computer, so I need to export the finished movie in a movie file I can upload directly to YouTube (as mp4 or similar). The exported file should not have a watermark as a lot of free programs to do. I have done some net searches and most standard programs (Pencil ect) do not work in Windows 7. Can anyone recommend a decent free (or cheap) program? It need not be too complicated, just needs that I have above. Thanks!
You should investigate and possibly buy Rick Winkleberg 2D Animation Studio. I think the cost is $ 399.99. It must be the best available. But it is definitely not free.
