How I can make a cartoon of my comic book myself?
I have a comic book called Rain Gods can be seen in duck drunk and eventually want to do a caricature out of it. It copyrited any pirates out there, and I promoted enough in the community so a similar comic everybody thinks that you copied me. Anyway I find a program that can make a cartoon or animation out of it. Does anyone know a good one? if a animator and would like to help would be fine. I hope to free or low budjet. I will pay for one if it is a good though.
