Should be free, because this is just a fun thing. I would also like something not advanced, easy to use. I would like a softwarre where I can make a cartoon and you can talk you know that move the mouth. lol-free-simple-speaking cartoon-download
Look Artoonix (http://www.artoonix.com), I use it and think it's a good software just a fun (and you got a trial period with no end!). You may also be interested in CrazyTalk (http://www.reallusion.com/crazytalk/) – to create characters talking, but not free.
