I might be able to find a low cost version of Paint Shop professional. There is a tutorial that follows describes how to convert a photo to a cartoon. The tutorial is risque, but nothing that would not be in a museum. some video games include the creation of utilities of characters that build a character in the game that could become an avatar with a display and edit. games in my collection that include this capability are: Hoyle Card / puzzle games to film the sims2 Tiger Woods PGA '04 of these, the most realistic was achieved the tiger woods game. maybe if I played more in the movies …
